How do you use honey and black pepper?

The other choice is to buy some organic black pepper on Amazon or at your local spice shop near by you. Once you have your black pepper in hand, make sure it is ground into a fine powder. Now, onto the honey. Mix a spoonful of organic honey with a pinch of your black powder and consume them together. Do this every morning during the flu and cold season to keep a sore throat and cold at bay.

The second option is to get to get some black pepper tea. Boil a cup of hot water and steep 2-3 coarse ground black pepper seeds and tea leaves of your choice for about 5 minutes. Then strain and put a tablespoon of organic honey, let dissolve and drink when warm. This will also help to instantly relieve your cough or cold during the winter months.
