Honey and black pepper are the perfect combinations to mix together to keep that winter cough in control. Black pepper is another ingredient that has been used for thousands of years around the world to flavor food. Black pepper also works great to prevent a cough. This particular spice is loaded with many essential nutrients like vitamin c, antioxidants, and antibacterial properties. Combine these two ingredients together and you have a great combination that works well in loosening up phlegm and helps you to breathe better.


How do you use honey and black pepper?

Buy some black peppercorns and roast them over a slow flame, let them cool and grind them into a fine powder. That is a much more complicated version, here are some directions to do just that. The other choice is to buy some organic black pepper on Amazon or at your local spice shop near by you. Once you have your black pepper in hand, make sure it is ground into a fine powder.
